SA20, South Africa’s leading T20 cricket competition, has signed AB de Villiers as its official ‘Brand Ambassador’ for the second season. The SA20’s second season, which begins on January 10, will feature 34 matches over four weeks and will feature premier domestic and international players from the six global franchises. De Villiers will work closely with the league’s management team to assist strengthen SA20’s worldwide fan base and enhance the league’s brand in important strategic areas such as India and the United Kingdom.
Herschelle Gibbs, Allan Donald, Dale Steyn, and Mark Boucher will be among the South African cricket luminaries who will join him. Robin Petersen rounds out the list.
