Ravindra Jadeja has Completed 100 Catches in IPL

Ravindra Jadeja reached 100 catches in his Indian Premier League (IPL) career when Chennai Super Kings (CSK) pacer Mustafizur Rahman dismissed Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) captain Shreyas Iyer in the 20th over of their encounter at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Monday.

Mustafizur rolled his fingers around the ball as Iyer missed a powerful shot on the leg side, which Jadeja rushed to finish and hit the milestone at Chepauk.

CSK restricted KKR to 137 after losing nine wickets in the first innings. CSK guaranteed that they had the advantage in this fight straight from the start.

While KKR opener Sunil Narine scored a memorable 27-run cameo, the remainder of the top order broke apart against CSK spinners Ravindra Jadeja and Maheesh Theekshana.

Spinners had not taken a single wicket at Chepauk in the first two games of the season. However, Jadeja turned things around by dismissing Narine, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, and Venkatesh Iyer, followed by Theekshana defeating the hard-hitting Ramandeep Singh.
